This is my regular dentist and has been for years. I called today as I am severe pain with a gum infection to be told that my dentist has left. Therfore I am unable to be booked in until a new dentist has been recruited. I would literally be in and out as all I need is antibiotics but I was not given the option to see another dentist despite this happening in the past when my regular dentist has been on leave. This is very upsetting, especially due to the length of time I have been a loyal patient

Been with this dental practice years, the last couple of years it's really gone down hill. I always book my yearly check up at my appointment, so it's booked a year in advance. Last year they cancelled my appointment 2/3 times, this year they've again cancelled weeks before my appointment and can't get me in until September. Not sure how they can advertise as NHS when I've just been told they have one NHS dentist that works on a Tuesday only.

Referred here via the 111 service, on a Sunday, very nervous as it?s a practice I?m not familiar with and hate dentists ! However, from the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel welcome by Josie the receptionist and my pain and nerves acknowledged with sympathy. Cathy the dentist was fabulous, really gentle and understanding with a sense of humour as was the nurse but I can?t remember her name! Normal NHS costs, amazing given it was a Sunday ! Antibiotics and interim advice given prior to an extraction once infection has cleared. Couldn?t be more satisfied and would not hesitate to ask for this practice again, thank you very much

After struggling to get registered into a dentist for the last 3 years... I finally had to ring 111. And I was referred to Rejuvadent Scunthorpe. And I can honestly say they have been great. Very quick service. And nothing has been much trouble. Thankyou very much for putting me out of pain. I honestly cannot remember the dentists name. But himself and the nurse was lovely. Thankyou

I'd like to say that I've been in pain with my wisdom tooth managed to get an appointment this evening to get it removed. The receptionist Joise was fantastic and her customer service was brilliant. Robert the dentist was quick efficient and his customer services was outstanding. Shame they aren't taking on patients.
I had a fantastic experience highly recommend them.

The receptionist Josie was an absolute star, she was friendly but professional on booking in, and after my tooth extraction and I was tearful she calmed me down and made sure I was OK before I left. The dentist (David I believe) talked me through what he was doing and kept me reassured. If I had to have another dental emergency I would definitely want to be sent here.

I called 111 because I was in a lot of pain with my tooth. It was my first time dealing with something like this, and the staff were so kind and honest about what I needed to do. They really helped me, and the extraction went smoothly. I?m so thankful for their support.

I recently had an emergency extraction..which should of cost me £26.80 (subsidised)..but the receptionist insisted it was FREE..I was misinformed and now have recieved an additional Penalty Cost of £100..from the NHS/BSA. .I now have to pay £126.80 ...so please be aware...don't let this happen to you..

I came to rejuvenate for an appointment around 2 weeks ago via 111 out of hours due to extreme pain with my wisdom teeth affecting my full mouth.
Had to ask a friend to drive me here from hull as 111 wanted me to go to Leeds if not.
Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment to fill out forms , pay £26.80 , then called in around 10 minutes past my appointment after waiting for 20 minutes at this point ( which isn?t good for someone with dental anxiety)
Was in the chair for 30 seconds and just prescribed an antibiotic they prescribed to numerous other patients ( considering they have a stamp for it) and left. Had to pay the fee for some antibiotics and then also pay the antibiotics on top of that.
I was reassured by both receptionist and dentist that if this course does not work I will be given another course of antibiotics and then if that fails they would be taken out and I would not have to pay again to be seen for next course of antibiotics etc.
Finish the course and in worse pain than when I started , called 111 and they said I will have to pay same fee again or £70+. I couldn?t get time off work nor afford to pay the fee so had to go without an appointment and wait it out. Even to this point I am still in agony unable to work someday and general pain relief does not help. In contact with nhs again who have got me an emergency appointment yet I will still have to pay the fee.

BRILLIANT PRACTICE!!!
After an awful experience at another 111 appointment earlier, my husband was treated so well at this practice. They reassured him after his traumatic experience elsewhere and he felt so at ease.

Just been for an emergency NHS 111 appointment and the dentist who removed my tooth and the dental nurse assisting him were both lovely, understanding and able to keep me from freaking out. The nurse said she could see I was visibly nervous and they both had a bedside manner rarely seen anymore these days. 10/10 would recommend this place to anybody who is afraid of the dentist, I was terrified but came out relieved

Was met by josie on reception very friendly, got seen very quickly, the dentist and his assistant delt with my problem very efficiently. I had to drive from Hull but very happy with the service from start to finish?
