Staff, didn't seem interested in customers by the way they spoke, food was awful, breakfast just tasted of grease. Went to other places for food.

The beds are comfy (as always at premier inns) however how do you work the shower?? I can get a bath to run but the shower, make it separate to be less confusing. Also the postcode on the website takes you to a small shopping area where there are sometimes troublesome teens.

Great service from Neil and the other bloke at reception who said it was his last shift until his move to Bristol! With all that said £75 per night for a room and no A/C? Crazy stuff didn?t know Scunthorpe was that expensive.

They are usual Premier Inn rooms. Whilst the location is good there are only a few parking spaces immediately outside. Most parking is in the adjacent Beefeater carpark across the way i.e distinctly separate. This can get very busy, both parking and the Beefeater
The staff in the Premier Inn are very helpful. The Beefeater, not as much if you don't pre-book breakfast as is popular with locals.
Nearby activities: Across the main road is a retail park.
Food and drinks: There is a Morrisons, McDonalds and Costco just around the corner within 5 minutes walking and across the main road on the retail park a KFC and Burger King.

We were in Scunthorpe for a family celebration. We stayed for 3 nights. From the friendly welcome we received upon arrival to the good wishes for our onward journey as we departed, the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. There was a very high standard of cleanliness in our room and in all the public areas. The onsite Beefeater for breakfast, meals and socialising was equally superb. The whole team deserve our highest praise. Thank-you it made for a very special celebration.

The STAFF here made the stay. They were absolutely fantastic. Incredibly helpful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I hope the Premier Inn pays this particular bunch of ladies very well. Good staff are a genuine asset to a business. I'd go back just because the staff were so brilliant.
Rooms: The rooms were very comfortable
Nearby activities: The Morisons store was nearby and proved very handy.
Food & drinks: I thought the £10,99 all you can eat breakfast was too expensive. I guess it's OK if you're a big eater, you'll get your money's worth. But I'm not a big eater so there wasn't really an option available for me.
