Poorest service I've ever received. Stood at the reception point for almost 5 minutes before we saw a staff member. No serving staff on the floor during most of our visitMost of the staff don't seem happy to be here.Ladies toilets filthy, pee and poo on all the seats and no toilet paper available.Pizza not hot straight...

Ordered from the scunthorpe branch on just eat, just eat had mixed up the order completely. Phoned pizza hut themselves to find out what had gone on. Spoke with the manager - luke and he was extremely helpful with us. Brilliant service from him. Brilliant manager.
