“The staff are very polite and helpful. I had to order my prescription (controlled drugs) so can’t miss a dose, while I was sick and couldn’t leave the house. After speaking to the Drs they sent it straight through to Ashby. A little while after I rang the pharmacy and explained my situation to the woman on my phone and asked if there was any way they could deliver my meds to me. While it was not possible to get it delivered that day due to short notice they arranged it for the next day much to my relief. I was Still very sick the next day, I was sleeping almost constantly and was awoken by a call from the delivery driver asking if I was in as I didn’t answer the door, I apologised and told him I’ll be at my door shortly. The delivery man could have walked away as he had other deliveries to make and was busy but he decided to call instead and make sure my meds were delivered. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.Thank you.”

“I went into the scunthorpe branch about 2pm today to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady that was on the beauty/studio section was so lovely and i think she deserves to be recognised for it. she was very chatting and kind, i went in for an eyebrow wax and had a reaction to the wax and wouldn’t do my other eyebrow as she was not wanting to put me in pain however she threaded the other eyebrow. She then proceeded to constantly check i was okay and took great care of me. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but wanted her to get some recognition for how lovely and helpful she was. The other staff were also lovely the manager came up to check i was okay and if they could do anything. Thank you to all the staff at scunthorpe x”

“Extremely bad,and the Woman that I have nick names The Furore thinks she's a Doctor,even though she's not a pharmacist. Twice I reported the store to the Main branch,as the Furore wouldn't give me my repeat prescription. So I'm no longer welcome in there which is a good thing. As they Never have the meds in,and speak to people like they're a P O S.. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague.”
