Lied too from the start. Paid the vet bill on the day which I was presented with & in good faith to then be harassed and threatened with debt collection agencies as they made a mistake and didn?t charge me enough. Avoid

Do not buy animals from there. They get them from rodent farms, don't care about their health and wellbeing. Staff is not trained well on the animal welfare of the animals they sell and have no idea on good husbandry procedures. They keep social species alone which constitutes animal neglect.

I am sorry but there are no other words to describe it...
We have come here from East Riding to adopt a lonely rat Luna, unfortunately the manager did not let us have her as we were planning to introduce her to our existing group. The manager insisted that Luna is happy and thriving on her own which is absolute nonsense. ???Anybody who has the slightest idea about rats should know that keeping a lonely rat is equal to animal cruelty.
If you are planning to have rats, please do not buy them from a pet shop! Get them from a reputable breeder instead.
We are heartbroken we were not allowed to take care of this lonely poor animal ?

Expensive but everything you would need for your pet is there. The staff are always happy to help and give advice if required. They were of tremendous help with my needs for a new pet. Thank you

Not impressed, went to ask some advice on flea treatment as we was registered with them and they told us to go and ask at the checkout at pets at home, so if that their attitude to there customers we will be moving to another vets.
