Purchased a new property via these estate agents and was pleased with the service. Communication was good and the service was professional, especially from Michelle whom I interacted with the most. Would definitely use again in the future should I need an estate agent.

After dealing with these people you should know not to trust what they say. I have lost £500 from my deposit and they could not give a dam about it. As you can expect that is a lot of money that I needed and for them not to help me in anyway at all I feel gutted. I left the house in better shape than when I moved in just to make it hurt more. If your buying or renting I would seek other sources.

The sales side of things is outstanding! Sadly, I couldn't say the same about the lettings department. There doesn't seem to be anyone based in Gainsborough full time so communication was mainly through emails. We were constantly told that Lorna was out of the office, nobody seemed to know where our property keys were... However, Lorna did eventually rise to the challenge but after a lot of chasing. The office took our tenants' deposit and kept it for 2 weeks. They eventually surrendered it after some chasing. On the whole, the lettings department would benefit greatly from seeing how the sales department runs things. Finally, the template tenancy agreement used is not detailed or tight enough like others out there. With a bit tweaking, the lettings department can be as fantastic as the sales one.

We recently met & were delighted to be be assisted by Lorna Fieldson & all the girls at Paul Fox?s letting department. Lorna personally helped guide us through the letting process in a totally professional & friendly manner & they quickly found us some tenants who are in now in situ within a few weeks of starting the whole process. Lorna helped make the whole process less stressful for us and answered all our queries and concerns with letting our former home.
