If I could give a zero I would! Avoid avoid this McDonald?s, it is the biggest joke ever! Waiting 35 minutes for 3 items yet they prioritise JE and drive through! Only got food after complaining and walking in the kitchen and asking to see manager. Then to be argued with my the worker that brought the food over. Disable toilet was rank, soap dispenser didn?t work sink covered in dirt and remains of a pregnancy test wrapper on it, toilet heavily soiled! They gave the excuse that it?s a one off today as staff not turned in, however I come here same time last year as my husband does a half marathon around here and last year was exactly the same, so nothing has changed in a year! Come on McDonald?s pull your finger out and get this place sorted

Over the last couple months, 4/5 orders have been wrong. And I'm not talking "they didn't remove the sauce" bad, I means "they delivered drinks but no food!" bad! No longer giving the benefit of the doubt. Burger king from now on!

Food was cold, the chicken nuggets, chips, and chicken mayo sandwich tasted like rancid oil. Head office offered me meal vouchers, because obviously when something is bad you come back for more! I?d give it a zero rating if I could, the staff are terrible and the food inedible. McD?s isn?t fine dining so expectations aren?t high, but they do have decent outlets, this is definitely NOT one of them.

If i could give it a 0 star review then i would im sick to death of them forgetting parts of our meal, its not hard work is it i understand maybe they busy but not rock science attention to detail is bad in that place. Maybe abit more training is needed i dont know.

Food was shocking when it arrived, cold and thrown together. No staff to be seen,apart from giving food out (1 person).
Atmosphere???? What Atmosphere ????Radio on excessively loud .
All in all not good.
Why is it British McDonald's, are incredibly inferior in all aspects to their European partners.
Choice of food, presentation and hospitality far superior in mainland Europe.

Not once in the last few years have they ever got the order correct, staff don?t know what day of week it is let alone how to get an order correct.

Always end up waiting for food and 9x out of 10 I have missing items or poor quality food. Hot chocolate like water.
Since the extension its even slower service.

The attitude of some of those girls in the morning shift(pre 7am) is absolutely horrendous. If you don't like your job, then move on. Especially the overweight girl with dark hair. They just don't seem to care about their jobs or customer service. Very disappointing. I might make an official complaint to their superiors. The cleaning girl in the morning was quite pleasant, so this is not reflective upon her!
