Waited 20mins for a meal to eat in
Food arrived chips cold burger barely hot
Asked for chips to be changed for hot ones waited ten minutes still didn?t arrive so asked for money back on full order which was refused. Refunded chips.
Dreadful service too busy getting deliveries out and takeaway orders. Surely priority should be within house customers

Everything used to be ok and we come here fairly often. Recently however we have been reviving food that is stone cold items missing from our order our orders being wrong and staff that seem to have poor attitudes towards the customers (not all but most).

Out of all the Maccys we go to this is the worst, I do like the taste.
The service is poor in my opinion, the staff seem to be unhappy and no one smiles and only interact with you if needed ie calling your order out and handing it to you, if asked anything it always seems too much for them.
Come Staff smile and sound like the customer is important to you.

Waited 20 minutes for click and serve delivery to the car.
The chips were cold.

Got food delivered order a 20box of nuggets with sauce got the sauce but no nuggets tried using the apps assistant for help told me my receipt wasn?t a receipt so it couldn?t help me.

Nice and warm compared to outside.
Restaurant was quite busy and a bit of a wait for our food BUT we had customized our order so we expected a little wait.
The dining area hostess Jennifer was really nice and friendly. Jennifer was chatty friendly and liked my old American classic car.
We will definitely be using your restaurant again and we travelled from Doncaster.
