Took an elderly gentleman to view several items of clothing.
Changing rooms were great size and we didn't feel rushed.
PS: Get cleaner to dust cubicles please.

Large store, very helpful staff on my visit.
As with lots of stores now, more self checkouts than staffed ones. Only one available on this visit. Hence, a long wait.

Matalan needs a new buyer for all the stores as you find very little worth buying. That's tells you who ever is the buyer for their stores stinks.

Worse shop I have ever been in the staff follow you around and then are very rude and speak to with no respect. Never ever go in there again. !!!!!!!!

One of the few women's clothing shops left in Scunthorpe. They have gone almost entirely self service and staff are scarce. However they now seem to have a policy of checking people as they leave which makes everyone look and feel like they are being accused of shoplifting. I appreciate there is a lot of theft but there must be a better way than to make loyal customers who regularly spend a lot of money here feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable.
