Was served today by this old women wearing glasses and she was absolutely pathetic.. when I asked her questions regarding my account she just made up a right load of rubbish and did pot find her helpful in the least.
Decided after that experience too to move my account too NatWest where they provide much better service.

Very disappointing visits, not what I expect from big bank.
Online 24/7 no better and the telephone people also not able to resolve.
Awaiting a phone call from the manager still waiting.....

Although the staff are friendly, there are too few of them. The waiting time for counter service is often very poor. Customers can be kept waiting in a queue for a very long time.

I walked into the bank for the first time feeling quite lost and needing help with my transactions. Tina (bless her) attended to me and in less than 10mins, I was done and I didn?t even have to queue. She was very patient and I left the bank feeling very confident, better enlightened and all transactions attended to. Thank you TINA ?

Very poor experience in the Scunthorpe branch on the 7th September. One counter running and two further counters with staff members not serving. Waited for 20 minutes and gave up. Lady in front of me in the queue complained and was told 'we are a busy branch'... not surprising, since you've closed all the others locally!In addition, when I needed a mortgage, despite banking with them for 20+ years for both business and personal and having excellent credit, I got offered far better deals by companies who don't know me from Adam. So much for having a relationship with your bank.Finally, Lloyds are offering poor interest returns compared to many of their competition.All in all, long overdue for me to switch I think.

Always busy because they've closed or are closing all their other branches, hard lines if you don't like on-line or telephone banking. I really dislike the fact that you have to make an appointment to do anything like open a savings account etc.
