After a hospital visit the wife who suffers with severe anxiety was told her blood pressure was at a level that she was in danger of a stroke or heart attack and was then allowed to leave. One week later I realised it had been on her mind all week. Explained the to a very busy pharmacist,and give reaction was we will sort it for you, they got her in calmed her down and did her blood pressure in both arms, both were in the normal range. You could see the anxiety levels drop almost instantly. The chemist was very busy on this day,but took the time out to help us and I can't thank all of the staff enough .

Using this pharmacy for 20 yrs, despite the change of ownership the staff remain friendly and efficient as always. Never has a problem or issue in all this time. Special shout out to Jo and Sarah for their continued support and friendly service.

I am absolutely furious at one of the women that works here! Customer service was diabolical. The utter disregard and rudness of this woman needs reporting, my partner attended today after a rough few weeks for her prescription. To then have all her details, the medication and establisment she was with shouted out across the room full of people in a extremely snappy and rude way, to which my partner was confused as she was given an instruction to go and collect. This woman made it incredibly difficult, Patient information is generally held under legal and ethical obligations of confidentiality. This means any sensitive information that needs discussing should be taken somewhere discreet not infront of everyone and anyone. I will be following this up. Absolutely disgusting.

Th assistant who served me was excellent.you hadn?t got what I needed in stock.so she gave me an alternative.she took her time and made sure it was okay for me to use as I suffer from Asthma.will be shopping there in the future.
