Deteriorating services
Missing managerial input plus chaos. Recurrent delays and unavailability of medical items. I have to pay them a second visit to complete my prescription on more than one occasions. This is especially for antihypertension medicines. Normally I go and collect my prescription but today I was not well.They kept me waiting all day long and at the end of the day failed to deliver it. A young girl was taking all the calls and was assuring me your medicines are on its way to you. Until 17.30 when I phoned again to learn my medicines have not left the pharmacy and I missed all my doses of 5 items. I asked the mature woman who took the last call I need to talk to the manager. She replied there is no manager.

The staff are very polite and helpful. I had to order my prescription (controlled drugs) so can?t miss a dose, while I was sick and couldn?t leave the house. After speaking to the Drs they sent it straight through to Ashby. A little while after I rang the pharmacy and explained my situation to the woman on my phone and asked if there was any way they could deliver my meds to me. While it was not possible to get it delivered that day due to short notice they arranged it for the next day much to my relief. I was Still very sick the next day, I was sleeping almost constantly and was awoken by a call from the delivery driver asking if I was in as I didn?t answer the door, I apologised and told him I?ll be at my door shortly. The delivery man could have walked away as he had other deliveries to make and was busy but he decided to call instead and make sure my meds were delivered. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.Thank you.

This pharmacy is brilliant, all the staff are great and nothing is too much trouble, even the staff that drops of both mine and my partners monthly medications are all very nice and they always observe the distancing rules.
I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a regular pharmacy. They are 5*****
