Painfully slow.
Not sure why the hospital insists on giving a prescription that can only be used here. I would insist on getting a prescription you can use at your local.

I came to collect my prescription today around 10.40am and the lady with black hair was extremely rude to me and my personal assistant. When we asked what I do with the prescription she just rolled her eyes at us, huffed and puffed then walked off to ask the Dr gentleman. When we explained to the Dr gentleman I was asking how I take my prescription and she rolled her eyes at me she then started shouting abuse from behind the counter. Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly will be avoiding this pharmacy from now onwards at all costs and putting a complaint in.

What a waste of my time, was told the prescription wouldn't be long to be sat waiting well over an hour

1 member of staff was very rude and unhelpful both on the phone and in person. She was talking about me to colleagues aswell whilst I was in earshot. Pharmacists were lovely as was the other staff member. Overall very disappointing experience. Unfortunately hospital prescription have to be dispensed by them so unable to go elsewhere

This place is so slow, item not in stock, always a nightmare if you have a pink script !
