Staff are more occupied with their own food, standing eating when it?s taken 40+ mins to get an order prepared at 22:25 at night with only 2 cars in the drive through that was ordered through the app

Very poor, everything, we been asked to use the machine to place our order which is we did ,but after we managed to do so ,the machine refused to take the payment ?, so we have to go back to the counter again and tell them what's happened and finally after half an hour we did it.

Visited here yesterday- 10/12/2024. Had trouble ordering on the Kfc App due to poor internet connection. Asked for help and was aided by a brilliant member of staff called Harry Moody. He went over and above to ensure i was able to order. He was friendly, polite, professional and truly is an asset to this company!!! I hope KFC look after him as he deserves recognition for a job well done xx

Place was like a tip, bins overflowing not a clean table anywhere and only four customers and the language from behind the counter left a lot to be desired not a good experience.

Can not pay cash and order at the counter, unable to amend order on system when forced to order without counter service, drink was coloured water . Will go to other takeaway instead, we are paying but not getting the food or any service we require
