Staff are more occupied with their own food, standing eating when it’s taken 40+ mins to get an order prepared at 22:25 at night with only 2 cars in the drive through that was ordered through the app

Very poor, everything, we been asked to use the machine to place our order which is we did ,but after we managed to do so ,the machine refused to take the payment ?, so we have to go back to the counter again and tell them what's happened and finally after half an hour we did it.

It was colder in here than outside and for a February cold day that’s saying something
