2 x 10 piece spicy wing for 2 but 3 of us shared, wings really tasty, chips ok too plus a free drink with each one, certainly more than we could eat but can certainly recommend , plenty of tasty morsels

It is always messy in here with dirty tables and full bins. We had written it off before because of this, but thought it may have changed since the refurb so tried again last night. Won't be coming here again. It was a mess as usual, and half of the staff just stand around while others do the work. Because of this the service is slow and the atmosphere is just a general feeling of they can't be bothered. Not all of the staff are like this (which must be frustrating for the good ones) but the place is let down by the ones who are and its lack of cleanliness.

Very disappointed. A 3 piece original meal, all drumsticks, coating was dark brown and not golden and a very meagre helping of fries.

I ordered through the drive through and at first the staff were friendly, when I received my order it was wrong, i attempted to get the staff?s attention as three members of staff were stood near the drive through window, they ignored my attempts to get their attention and laughed as they walked away from the window. When I finally got their attention they a were very blunt and the customer service was no where to be seen.

Not a good KFC. I?d avoid this KFC if you are in the area and choose an alternative.
To start with I decided to place my order at the machine with my boyfriend (that was the only smooth part of the service). While waiting for my order the person behind the counter cleared it and it appeared as complete on the screen - this was far from the truth.
After waiting a bit with other people another woman decided to approach the counter asking if she could pay (as she had ordered at the machine and was paying in cash). She gave over her money and the cashier gave her her change which was £10 short. The women then notified the cashier and it was fixed by the manager. The woman then received her order quite quickly after that (she?d ordered behind me so was a higher order number).
She then made up my boyfriend?s order (who was also a higher order than me) which was the same as me (plus a mini fillet burger) was then called. At this point the manager on the till asked me for my order number and shouted to the kitchen that she needed a gravy mega box - proving that my order had gone missing.
After eventually receiving my order both my boyfriend and I both had to ask for our drinks as they had forgotten them as well.
My order was correct (the piece of chicken was horrendous though and was dry and hard) but they had got my boyfriends wrong but this wasn?t the end of it. Someone came out to clean the tables WITH JUST HER HANDS (no cloth or spray to disinfect) knocking the rubbish onto the floor.
Overall, I will not be back to this KFC and will say it?s one of the worst I?ve been to.
