Wouldnt recomend the tool hire here .First I put a enquiry in. Got a call few days later confirming when available for hire so I booked it for when suitable. Was told I would get a call the day of delivery. Never received a call. So I rang in the afternoon to see whats going on. And was told that aparantly they tried to call. But nothing on my phone record or even a voicmail. A email would have been nice if no sucess on the phone. After telling me they send the driver in the other direction. They then tried to find a attentive company. I wasnt told about the price difference and expected me to drop eveything to get back home to deliver it. So i didnt go with them. So I re book for another day with jewsons. And just get ignored.So over all not happy as I had a project that needed finishing when I could have gone to another company and got it done. Things could be managed alot better.

Jewson to the rescue,this bank holiday .I managed to get some building materials and put an order in for heavier items to be delivered later in the week . All items in stock ,service was spot on and materials were waiting by my car ,by the time I had paid . The staff loaded my car . Great service from a great team.
