Love Heron Foods! It is the land that the cost of living crisis forgot. I am a Scot who rarely has the opportunity to visit a Heron, so I take the opportunity when I'm in England. The Scunthorpe store is the best I have been to. Well stocked, clean, decent range of vegan options and you can get a bag full of bargains for under a fiver. Lady at the till was nice too. What more could you ask for?!

The staff at Riddings store are very disrespectful some of the staff were chatting and messing about and the young man on the till shoved my goods through at lightning speed I dint get time to pack my things properly safe to say my husband and I will not be using the store ever again and I'm going to email head office with a detailed account of the conversation I had with assistant called JACK.

They had no doctor peppers. I am gutted. I fancied a doctor pepper and popped to my local shop and they had done. Please restock your shelves not good enough?. Also something else I noticed, your bread is mouldy!!!!??????

Suprisingly expensive on many products. Nearly a fiver for a box of Weetabix for example.Only one till serving.Staff lacking general politeness, no "excuse me's", as they silently penetrate your safe space - unrealistically expecting you to see them, (when you're actually focused on eyeing up the products on the shelves and their prices).Bitterly disappointed in the general PR, the ridiculously high prices, sensing corporate greed high up the chain.Can we have the old herons back please, otherwise I'll not be returning.
