Absolutely rubbish on line purchase. After entering my reg details and confirming my car details ( 1.2 petrol engine)I was sold engine oil for a diesel engine car. I used a £5 voucher that I had as the total purchase was greater than £20.
I had to return the oil and swap for a suitable oil. (7 mile round journey )When the purchase was refunded, my £5 discount was also deducted. So ended up with an expensive oil . Never again .
I will use my local car parts firm.

Neither salesperson knew how to smile - they were verging on rude. Even when they made a mistake with the part. Shame as the Autocentre in town are the exact opposite.

Walking into the store, gaining information on bikes was fantastic. The purchasing experience was good.
Four days later when I pick the bike up to ride away, it was not completely ready even though I had a message the day before saying it was ready.
Tires were not pumped enough, rear was flat. Mudguard on rear not fitted correctly, front indicator was just hanging and spinning on the handlebar. The handlebar wasn?t even tightened, they had to do that before I could ride off with it.
Bike was not in a ride away ready condition.
The bike itself was in mint condition no damages or anything.
Overall experience was good, but certainly could?ve been better.
