During a recent visit to a store, I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member who was processing my transaction. They were rude and dismissive when I requested a price match, even stating, "Not being funny, but I have too many other things to be doing than checking your price matching."
Additionally, they openly complained about other staff members in front of customers, which felt highly unprofessional. Overall, the customer service was poor, and based on this experience, I would not recommend the store.
That said, I did encounter another staff member who was very helpful and professional, though I unfortunately didn?t get their name to provide specific feedback.

Excellent shop all the outdoor equipment you would need for camping hiking climbing and fishing. Staff we're friendly and helpful selling us a £5 discount card which saved me £10 on what I'd purchased. I will definitely be using this store again.
