I have just been back to Emily's nails and yet again I got the worst service she started reading her mail while doing my nails,wasnt very polite pulling my fingers instead of asking , service always makes my fingers bleed has gone down hill with in the last few months no wonder they haven't got customers ,she was great at first but now she treat customers like dirt doesn't speak always speaks to her husband and sounds like they are arguing and ignores customers when I paid never used any manners won't be using them again

I usually do my own nails but wanted to treat myselfI am so angry at this salon. The so called nail technician filed so much that not only did they file most of the acrylic away but they have filed my own nails down to the point of being sore.I asked for almond but got thisNo cuticle care at all and their equipment needs to be replaced. Awful woman and awful service!!Her attitude is disgusting, she speaks to her customers like dirt ! Absolutely awful woman no customer service whatsoever! All because I called her out on telling me a higher price than what was on the price list And surely it can?t be good for the kid to sit inhaling the fumes all day !! Great at her job but it certainly wasn't a relaxing experience. In fact, it was quite stressful.At one point her and her husband had a row (in their own language, but definitely an argument) .

Pleasant experience, went after lockdown, customer service was excellent and they were very good at ensuring processes were followed for everyones safety. Service great, nails look great and price was great. I would definitely recommend.
