Opened late......left me with the desire to contemplate my place in the universe instead of actually achieving anything. Wasn't much help, was a pleasant morning though. Swings and roundabouts I guess ?

Very disappointed with the support I got today in the Scunthorpe store. I believe in things have to be right. With having to get a new SIM card But being rude is not acceptable by the staff. Dreadful service.

We arranged to change our internet service and my wife bought a new mobile phone. However, we were told that we could keep the same home phone number via BT, which turned out to be false information. The staff were very amiable and knowledgeable apart from this point above.

Bought an upgrade for my wife and went to the store so we could pick the phone up and get data transferred between phones. In addition they performed a "good will gesture" and submitted an application for a £300 Adidas promotion voucher. All we had to do was wait for the voucher to arrive in our email. It never did. Something went wrong. By the time we realised it was too late. There isn't any traceability to show they did /didn't do it or where the hell it went. WHAT!? form an IT company! So now they offer me an insulting £30 voucher for a mistake they made but I can't prove. I wasted hours of my time to sort out a mistake of theirs! Messed up the complaints procedure too. Now reporting the ombudsmen. I'm £300 pounds out of pocket because I trusted the staff to do their job with procedures that have no accountability. Great job ladies and gents ...NOT!
