Just the worst! I have no idea why the shops still exist. It's obviously some sort of money/tax issue to send people online when they get there. Scunthorpe has at least a dozen staff just standing around and when asked about a particular product they have to get someone else as 'not their area'. Often useless in most areas of tech too and certainly not smiley. You don't have to work in retail if you don't like it.

Bought a replacement for a doorbell camera system , Christopher was very helpful and friendly. He sorted out using a giftcard and advised on the product. Very pleased with the service and the product.

I've been using Curry's for years and I get most of my tech from them.... Last time we bought at fridge/freezer.
Everything seemed OK until the delivery day, the guy's deliverying it said they wasn't told about the stairs and hadn't brought the correct equipment to get it up the stairs.....even though it was on the delivery note about the stairs, all I can say is communication is key everyone. Apart from that overall good service ??.

Sometimes the wait at checkout, can be very slow, however today Friday afternoon the shop was quiet , bought a mobile phone no waiting, friendly polite customer service.

As a shopper who likes to see and touch before I buy...I was a little disappointed that some of the items I'm looking for were only to be seen on line. It's not exactly like sending back a dress or pair of shoes if you don't like the larder fridge or freezer you just had delivered!
Why must everything revolve around online shopping.
The choice of washing machines was better, kettle choice was also poor.

ELECTRICAL STORE. Last visited 2020. The store has a large selection of electrical goods for the home. They offer cheaper and more expensive products. The staff are always on hand for advice or to help carry goods out to your car.

Waiting too long for service. Despite many employees with the selected item, I waited for the opportunity to pay. I didn't get it, put the product aside and left the store.

Lady Manager at the reception was very unprofessional, rude and was racist.. it takes only one person to ruin the reputation of the place!
