Sold me a curved Samsung monitor for over £500, it turned out to be faulty within 11 months of the 2 year warranty, the fault being the tape, which was of poor quality, did not do its job of holding the screen/matrix to the frame of the monitor. this caused the screen to crack since the screen was a pointy corner instead of a smooth curve like it was meant to be. I am not the only one with this issue as there are monitors on eBay sold for £30 which have the same exact crack like mine. If it was in fact impact then there would be damage on the plastic frame which is around the monitor but there isn't.

I went to buy a chest freezer that the website said was in stock, it wasnt! I wanted to pick up rather than pay delivery charges, but this wasn't an option. They don't deliver to the store for you to pick up but do deliver as general stock. There were several customers there that day that walked out because they had been waiting too long for an advisor.

Very good customer service, excellent after care when needed and very friendly and helpful staff in store. My only improvement i think would be to show a bit more awareness in customers who either make it clear they need help or who are looking around for a worker, but once you have their attention all is well. Very satisfied with my experience from currys

Great for electronics customer service could do with improvement in certain areas as it's a busy and staff are usually just having a good chat and hanging out together

Bought 2 Christmas presents (a mini oven and a ninja air fryer), great prices, delivered the oven from supplier within 4 days. Also my mum recently bought one of their washing machines, great price, plumbed it in and took the old one away. Very happy, highly recommend.

Disgusting service! Rude staff! Take your money order wrong product refuse a refund but demand an extra £120! Will never shop in there again. Blonde haired manager doesn't have two braincells and clearly no ears to listen!
