Absolutely terrible experience today
The lady in the shop was very rude towards me and my family. We went into the store after seeing a film at the cinema for a quick bite to eat
When we went in, the lady asked what we would like, so I explained that I was just looking and I would be with her in a minute when I've decided
I was conferring with my partner, and she then asked very abruptly what you would like.
I said to the lady I won't be a minute. I am just looking.
We ordered some pasties and some sausage rolls
I then said to the lady, "Is that all the cream cakes you have for her to abruptly say? Well, we only get a small selection on a sunday (like I knew).
I asked if she could make me a sandwhich up to be told, I suppose! Really! Not a good attitude at all
I asked her if she had any bread cakes that didn't have the dusting on, so she said rudely, "You mean a large (again, I didn't know I'm a customer. I didn't work there)
I asked her for a chicken mayo and chicken, and she said, "Don't you mean bacon and chicken mayo!
We paid and got the heck out of the shop and found somewhere to sit and eat our food.
The sausage rolls were nice I took one bite of my sandwich and the mayo was thick and didn't taste right so rather than to take it back and complain I threw it in the bin so I didn't have to encounter her wrath.
But I have raised a formal complaint about her as I won't tolerate been spoken to like a door mat.

Just went into the Scunthorpe store to buy some sausage rolls. However, having waited for the previous customer to be served, the staff member turned away and started to engage in a task that clearly could have waited a few more seconds. After waiting for a couple of minutes and realising that I was being totally ignored, I decided to give up and leave the store. I have never known such ignorance. I will never shop here again. Greggs may be a few pence more but at least you get treated as a valued customer rather than a begging dog.

Have used this bakery for years and really liked everything ive had.but have to say im not a fan of he new subs .the breads just not nice,its thick and chewy and trying to eat one is just really messy ,.sorry your old sandwiches were lovely , case of if its not broke dont fix iteven less of a fan of the cut down in choice of fillings ,although the vegan ones do sound amazing

Asked for a mixed cheese salad roll. Got back to work hardly any cheese mix. Not enough to cover roll. Paid 45p extra for salad got 1 piece of tomato and cucumber and covering of lettuce. Looked like the tub of cheese mix was nearly empty but didn't get any more out. Very disappointed. Like Cooplands but won't get another roll. Watched someone's else's getting made with ham and it looked good .
