Bought a Xbox one from cex and it don't update or correct to internet or move off the setup page when turn the Xbox on, it just loop back around to start section of the setup page, and it should have 5 years warranty on it to, they could do actually show the console work before selling them, plus dust them out as I notice as always covered in dust and don't do the console any good and cause issues with them.

A staff member at this store displayed a racist attitude. I strongly urge you to review this employee?s behaviour. As far as I?m aware, everyone living in the UK is expected to uphold and respect British values.

PAWN BROKER. Last visited 2024. I visited the store to sell my laptop computer. The staff are accessible and fair in their prices. Identification is required when selling goods. The store sells goods too including CDs and DVDs.

Bought an xbox series x last year (2023) online. Controller went wonky so e-mailed customer services. They asked me where my nearest store was, I said Scunthorpe and they told me if I took it there they would replace it. I tried to phone the store but it directs you to the website. Was sure it would be a wasted journey and the staff wouldn't know what I was talking about. However, proved wrong as I went today and they replaced controller after checking mine over. Have tried it and it is working fine. All staff were great, especially Shannon who dealt with me. Have used CEX a lot in the past and will continue to do so.

Great selection of games for a variety of consoles usually find the latest game in there for a cheaper price disks and cases in brilliant condition
