Visited on 25-01-2025, ordered a Whoppa meal with hot chocolate drink.
Whoppa, just about warm, not nice at all
Fries - same as the Whoppa
Hot chocolate drink, almost cold
Staff - lookesd as they they didnt want to be there.
Is there any wonder its almost always empty while the Macdonalds across the road is busy at all times.

Bought a double cheeseburger,went to sit outside, the burger was cold.
Went back in to tell them, they swiftly gave me another. Went back outside to find it almost cold again.

Been visiting here many years and the restaurant always seems empty, staff polite food still over priced it the size of the meal.
If you go XL expect to be paying around £8 plus.. few offered available but no vibe here ...

This is our 3rd visit with poor service. The first and second time we tried to use the self service kiosk and on both occasions after inputting orders twice it failed. On both occasions we left and went elsewhere. This time we went to the kiosk, the assistant had one computer freeze, then had no working card reader. We weren?t offered to go large, we then had a 10 minute on top off the 10 minutes it took to order until food arrived. The restaurant was nearly empty with only 3 other tables occupied but no clean tables were available, it?s a shame as we love BK but are now unlikely to come back to this one.
