Nice building centre without any shelf brackets, customer service poor as I went in for handle SPINDLE, gentleman says they don't have any, on way out I found one literally on floor which was taken off me saying No WE DON'T SELL THEM ?

Ordered a large amount of stuff for patio due to having rubbish customer service elsewhere and them trying to charge delivery but huws gray were excellent stuff had been delivered within 2 days and no charge. We also had an issue and it was sorted with no fuss. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.Also the delivery guy couldn't have been more helpful.

Awful awful awful. Seventeen bags of plaster arrived in September, and we initially made a complaint in September we are still waiting for a refund amounting to £500 in March.
