Terrible service and attitude of collection staff, made the collection of my dad's belongings even harder... Would never recommend to anyone... Training is needed somewhere along the line or something... Must do better!!

Made an appointment to have sofa collected was not asked any questions regarding condition, was good condition anyway, except the zip puller had came of so needed a new one sewn on , driver couldn?t take it due to this waste of everybody?s time completely won?t bother again.

Recently I have made an visit to this Store, well presented items and does bring a Great Customer Service, a Good amount of Space to have a look around inside this BHF Store and quite nice Quality items and Prices they have to offer

Had a £45 Wardrobe delivered, paid £20 delivery - item was damaged whilst in transit and broken piece chucked behind item in garage - a nice easy delivery too - from the van to the garage (no manoeuvre upstairs just left in garage) phoned store spoke to Manager who basically said wardrobe was £45 anyway so must of had some form of damage to be that cheap, wasn?t happy to receive email of pictures - very rude manager who didn?t listen and spoke over me - will not buy from there again - NOT RECOMMEND especially for customer care very poor

Friendly staff, they have some lovely furniture. Including beds, sofas etc. This is the best place in Scunthorpe to purchase second hand furniture. If you are just looking for a table or to furnish an entire house. You could do with calling in. However some of the items can be a little expensive. But they have furniture to suit most budgets.

Never booked in my sofa collection even though I rang up days in advance and they took all my details. Moving in a week and all they can say is mistakes get made due to the volunteers- not good enough at all
