Rang to offer good quality items for free and they wanted to quote me for taking them away.Absolutally disgusting when there would have been hundreds of pounds donated. I am appalled.Shame on you

Terrible service and attitude of collection staff, made the collection of my dad's belongings even harder... Would never recommend to anyone... Training is needed somewhere along the line or something... Must do better!!
