No stock very empty shelves ..very little staff ..no one to help when needed it .same every Christmas but even through the year .needs a good clean ..and fully stock your shelves and range and I may shop there again.. not very inviting

We visited this store on Friday morning to purchase some medical equipment. Karen in the pharmacy department was not only professional in her manner but she showed great warmth and empathy to myself and my husband at a time of great concern. We will never forget her kindness and we hope that the store manager acknowledges everything that she did for us. Thank you

Wife needed to see a GP. Nothing serious if dealt with in a timely manor. So the words that can't be put in the same contents GP \\u0026 timely manor. She found LeamonAID- boots online help service. They do a type of diagnostic service and then do a prescription to collect. All happened within 3 hour and the infection was under control within hours. They then send the info to your doctor's for recording on your medical record. All happened quicker than the doctor manages to answer their phone. Great service Boots.

Had to go and get a prescription after a visit to A\\u0026E, Even though I arrived at 11.50pm was dealt with in a courteous way and only took a few minutes to dispense.

Rude man on counter.Ask for ear drops to help with a infection/build up to be told no go to a gpWell it's a Sunday they ain't open I wanted help until I could get to my GPI didn't ask for a prescription or anything like that just come drops to help loosen Wax or to help relieve it I cannot hear anything!To be told no was rude! What's it to him what I spend my money on won't be going back after that!Maybe help your customers
