Scunthorpe High Street Boots. Absolutely disgusted, 3 days on the trot I have been in to get my repeat prescription to be told they only have 1 item, no I should have 8 items. After a few taps of the computer they found the other 7 and then told that it wasn't ready. So it's Saturday and it's taken them 3 days to find my prescription and it miraculously is found, but there's nothing they can do. Thank you Boots for messing with my Diabetes I guess I will have to be treated by A and E as I don't have the medication to sort myself out.

Where are the assistants? Just one serving, no one else on shop floor. Queue got longer, Saturday 3:15.They must lose a lot of stock from shoplifters, no one to deter them

This store has gone down in my opinion because ? NO-ONE WILL ANSWER TELEPHONE ? !!!!! Not ?General Enquiries? nor the ? PHARMACY ? NOBODY SEEMS INTERESTED. If you want medication then go anywhere else because BOOTS will not be interested in your needs !!!! Although the staff when you meet them in store are ? most helpful ? credi where credit is due !!!!!!
