The bed delivery from start to finish was fabulous. Had no worries whatsoever. Paul and Ian from the Scunthorpe branch were courteous, professional and answered any questions we had. Bought a king size slumberland mattress along with duvet and pillows from Bensons, and Lloyd did me a great package deal.
I ordered a bed frame but had complications with delivery so had to explore a more bespoke option from elsewhere but Matt and Lloyd were brilliant in trying to find me solution, going above and beyond what would be expected of a typical retailer. A very personal approach and easily recommend Scunthorpe Bensons just for the excellent customer service if nothing else.

Went in just to have a gander and was greeted by Linda. Long story short, couldn't have asked for better service. No pressure to buy anything and great recommendations for any budget. Ended up purchasing a KS iGel mattress with 2 iGel pillows, an all season duvet and a mattress protector. Really positive shopping experience, thank you!

Both my delivery driver Simon and assistant Lewis went above and beyond and the entire delivery went without hitch. They took great care of my property and explained mattress care and construction of my new beds clearly. Simply exceptional throughout and they were quick!!!
