Something about this owner, I?m in existential shock. Came 1st march stayed in prem inn had no card of cash. Let me just say the generousnessss and the vibe of the entire restaurant is soothing especially in morning restaurant, any was after a book and half about paying through wire. He said you know what come in for free. Weirdest things I was looking for signs of Jesus for my life. I said please in the next 24hr? weird how life works that?s never happened to me before.

We came here for valentine's evening. We were drawn in by the offer of 2 courses for £18 being able to add a third course for just £3 each. Unfortunately there were items in the menu that were at an extra cost again so we ended up spending double what we'd planned but it was really nice. What really let the place down was how cold it was in there. Both me and my partner came away shivering we were so cold. They had made an effort with the tables though with it being valentine's which was a nice little touch. And service was good.

We had our Valentines meal there, everything was great.
If someone said was there anything that you would change on your next visit, it would be not to sit next to a window, as it was a bit chilly on our legs, but this did not spoil our time or meal there.
Staff was polite knowledgeable and we didn't feel hassled to leave once we finished our meal.

I've visited 3 times in the last month. On the first couple of occasions the service was swift and the food was delivered quickly and the food was very good value. Unfortunately on my last visit on valentines lunch they seemed under staffed, I got chips instead of fries but didn't say anything because we had waited over 40 mins and I was hungry. Some of our party wanted puddings but no-one came to clear our table or ask so we left. The food was very good and the staff were friendly buy not enough of them .

Staff was friendly when first arrived. However once we went to get our breakfast unfortunately the coffee from the coffee machine was warm. The bread was hard before even toasting it and the toasters were old and had to wait ages for your toast. When I said this to the staff member he was very rude and extremely unprofessional how he handled the situation. All he said was well nobody else has complained and turned to his colleague and asked she was then also rude. No appolagy and just given dirty looks. Will never go back here again as its not the same as it used to be. Iv been a few times in the past when coming from north of Scottish Highlands to scunthorpe.

Not a bad breakfast.. its quite annoying how they gang you all up on adjoining tables though when only a few in: specially when you just want some peace

I recently visited the Beefeater in Scunthorpe, and my experience was outstanding thanks to both the exceptional service and the quality of the food. Natasha, one of the staff members, truely went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. Her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcomed. She was attentive without being intrusive, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring everything was just right throughout the meal.
Natasha?s exemplary service paired with the delicious food made this a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend the Beefeater in Scunthorpe and will certainly return in the future.
