Not the cheapest of DIY stores but has a good range of products. The staff are very friendly and helpfull and the covid restrictions are working well ie 1 in 1 out markers on the floor to tell you we're to walk and routes to take. Definitely go again

Poor show when you spend nearly 150 quid, but can't find your card for the 15% discount, and all the cashier has to say is it will be on an email, I get thousands of emails from everywhere, why can't they just put in your postcode.

Ordered 2 tins of fence paint on line to click and collect and paid for.
Went l arrived the next day to pick up the order it was not ready. When I placed the order it said it would be ready for collection in one hour. But l went the next day and was not ready.
I was disappointed because there was only one tin available not two as ordered and paid for and it stated online three
available.
I had a 30 mile round trip and had to wait till staff found the item.
I was very disappointed and confused l would of expected B&Q to keep their website updated

Only 1 till able to take card 1 till cash only. Sunday morning busy and not enough tills working. We left and when elsewhere and got what we needed cheaper

Needed help to match paint to wallpaper. I spoke with Susie who couldn't have been more helpful if she tried. She wanted to know colours of furnishings, size of room and proceeded to find colours that would match everything. When I had chosen she advised I took the cards or sample pots home and see if I felt as happy with the chosen colours in the correct setting. Absolutely perfect, she is certainly an asset to the company. I will advise all family and friends to seek her out when they need advice. We love our completed room . Many many thanks Susie

Had hoped to buy bedding plants. Garden section was poor and looked shoddy. Not how I remember it. Won't be going into that section again.
