So they are not allowed to unlock trollies for customers now? What a joke, literally just lost sales because someone doesnt have change. Great customer service from the old boy on trollies. Never be top 2 in the supermarket foodchain. Absolute madness

Staff always lovely, but not enough on checkout. 2 checkout staff. Kept asking for queue vusyers to go to checkout, but no one came. Waited half an hour. Feel do sorry for checkout staff. Not their fault. Seems they want everyone to self checkout .... not everyone can, or wants to!! Less management, more checkouts in action please!!!

Very poor long queues and only 2 checkouts open, numerous calls for checkout operators and no one came

Came here to get a travel card. I went through the whole process with my passport and details all of that stuff. Yep all went well put my money onto this card and came home as I?d been told to wait a few hours for it to load up. Did just that and I can?t access the app because I?m 17. You have to be 18 to even log into the app and the man in the booth failed to mention the age restriction. If I can access the app I can?t even look at my balance or top up my money therefore I have to keep track on what I?m spending and have to work it out. This is an absolute joke. I?m now starting to worry aswell if I get my card stolen I?m going to have to end up sitting on a call and have to listen to an automated voice for 20 mins before I even get through to an actual person to report that it?s been stolen. I shouldn?t have to be worrying about money when I?m away and yet I am because of this stupid age thing with the app. If you have to be 18 don?t give anyone under the age a travel card because there?s no point. So if you?re going to get a travel card. Make sure you?re 18 because it?s a joke otherwise

Stopped off to get a coffee from the Leon machine just before 8am after grabbing a couple of bits from the store, there were no lids for the cups, went to the till where someone was and advised by them that it wasn't open until 8.30, that's fine - however, do you have any lids for the coffee machine... no word of a lie the actual response I got was "no, but someone will be able to help you in 43mins". I was like wow my guy - so I just put the coffee down, said don't worry, walked away and went to Costa.

When discharged from hospital at A&E I was directed to ASDA by the doctors because this superstore opens at 6am, but the pharmacy (which is separate) doesn?t open until 8:30am - the label of ?pharmacy? needs to be removed from ASDA, and Allied Pharmacy needs to be it?s own separate entity so the doctors don?t make this error again.
It?s not fun to wait 2 hours in agony when you could have stayed at hospital and had IV pain relief.

I have never experienced such disgusting super market toilet facilities. Both me and my 23yr old son called on New Years eve to get pizza's made up and neither of us could use your toilets and it wasn't just the bad smell when opening the main door. Very shameful indeed....

Been here since 5am today (it is now 5.38am on Tuesday 24th December). Store not open as advertised and 5am is clearly advertised. Many people waiting for early morning shopping. We got up very early to be here to take advantage of an early shop. Very disappointing and poor customer service by Asda.

Went and decided to get some food, only to find my crisps were stale and my milkshake had already been opened and had a swig from. Absolute joke

Staff extremely unhelpful. Extra special Croissants were on offer 2 in a pack for £1.60 or 2 packs (4 croissants) for £2.50. Went in at 10am but no raspberry croissants, so asked a member of staff who abruptly said ?they are there at the end?. I pointed out that they weren?t raspberry, so she pointed at the single ones that were unpacked and sitting on a shelf with customers coughing all over them. I pointed out that they were priced at £1 each, making my purchase £4 instead of £2.50. The staff member laughed and shrugged her shoulders before walking away. They were also out of stock on the only other product I had gone in for, so I left and won?t be going back again.

Asda are still struggling to get things on the shelves mainly due to lack of staff ..
It's my local supermarket, so I spend a lot of money in there, prices are not coming down though .. Everything is still sooo expensive!!!!
