A relatively quiet place to shop. A good selection of goods for a reasonable price.

Small but well stocked store. However, the five stars are exclusively for the lovely lady at the self help checkout who assisted me with my George collection. She was so cheerful and kind, and such a lovely attitude should be acknowledged! All other staff were very kind too. A lovely experience.

It is a nice supermarket.There are variety of products including frozen food items, skin care products, food supplements, etc. That everyone can buy at reasonable prices.All the items are of great quality.There is a parking area outside this place which also include wheelchair accessible parking.Overall, Good supermarket for in store shopping.

Their click and collect service is shocking. Pulled up in the bay, did exactly what the sign told me to do to let them know I?ve arrived via my phone. 15 mins later no sign of them. Go in to store to ask what the issue is and they looked totally dumbfounded that I?d expected them to bring it out to me, even though that?s what the sign says. The guy then comes out, suggests I?ve got the wrong store as they don?t have my order, so I show him the email showing I?m at the correct address, so he tells me that because it?s clothing and not groceries, he couldn?t possibly have brought me my order and then proceeded to still make me go in to the store to collect it. I wouldn?t normally give such a negative review, except I?ve tried click and collect at this Asda twice before, and both times the service was shocking and both times it wasted at least 30 minutes of unnecessarily waiting on my car.

One of the worst ever manager and the management who is so rude , and refused to pay out a voucher that I-move and it?s a pay point partner and they told they don?t do it because it?s Asda policy so I?m going to make formal complaint to Asda and pay point regarding this matter. and if they don?t comply the pay point policy to pay out I-move voucher then she not allowed to have pay point service and the pay point is not giving us a charity it?s reward from they partner which they agreed to pay through the pay point service. Very poor management and all the staffs who is not even involved round up and humiliate us very badly! Very very poor store and management , don?t even know how to treat the customers.
