I came for an emergency inhaler because I struggle breathing and the pharmacist said I?m doing this for the last time and I?m not doing it again baring in mind I pay for my prescription

Very rude unhelpful staff , asked for a flu jab as the doctors had run out , refused as had to look for a prescription , Only one other person in the building , was told to come back in the afternoon, this was at 8.30 in the morning.!

I had to contact the emergency prescription line (111) to request a prescription. Unfortunately, I did not get the pharmacist's name, but he was quite impolite and raised his voice at me because I was having difficulty understanding his instructions. As a result of his behavior, the two ladies who were behind me in the queue decided to leave and go to a different chemist.

Terrible customer service to busy chatting and worrying about other matters then serving customers. Never visited the place before and certainly won?t be returning any time soon for my prescriptions!
