Just had my tea here and honestly it's was probably the best fried chicken I've had. It was fresh, hot, juicy, the skin was crispy it was perfect. Someone from KFC should go have a look how it's supposed to be done.

Placed a order at 9.10 and waited till around 11.30 only to find out my order was sent to a different address free of charge. So someone else got £20 worth of food for free but I still got nothing. You should definitely fire your driver or whoevers delivering for you their bad for business

Wont be ordering from here because I?m now banned. Missed out cheese from my cheeseburgers and told him to send one but only if I haven?t bit into the current one. Refused so went to shop and said I?m only making another burger coz you?re not a white man I kicked off and said it doesn?t matter if you are black or white or Asian you made a mistake and should fix it regardless of skin colour. Gone off chicken could smell it. What a waste of £30. Thanks kids will probably get sick tomorrow . They started eating before me they said it teased funny. I smelled it . I ordered 1st Issue was I had to call the shop who told me the driver was a minute away. That was a lie but when the guy did call he was arguing with me and very arrogant. I'm in hospital and made it very clear it was Church Lane entrance. After arguing for around 20 mins. The nurse was waiting and no driver. He was still shouting and arguing and I told him well you're not hear. He said I'm giving you 1 minute so I replied you must be at the wrong road again he got even more angry. I said fine I will call the shop and speak with your boss. He drove round to church lane no sorry when the nurse said that you obviously don't know what Street you were on. He shouted something at her got in his car and drove off like a lunatic. I would not be happy If this was my business. They have lost trade now.. I will not be spoken to like that. I don't appreciate nursing staff to be shouted at either and definitely no manners. The food was cold by the time he had argued with me.

I pacifically order eight piece wings and a mix kebab and a sprite and fruit juice but they gave me 6 piece wings and not the right drink which they gave us Pepsi and gave us sweet chilli This needs to be sorted

I ordered food delivery over the phone. Food was fresh particularly mixed kebab was the best and they deliver it quite fast. Will use them again and can refer to family and friends.

I've been coming here for years but my recent few experiences have been the worst serviced. Everything is late. My order which was said to take 15 mins took almost an hour. Tbh, I am still waiting for my order in the restaurant and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they won't surpass an hour. That being said, the service and speed of service is horrendous. If you are going to order, call them up ask them to deliver and pay with cash. You could be waiting for a few hours but coming in for a pick up, terrible absolutely terrible.
