Terrible delivery service, and Terrible experience overall ! The company took an order and payment from me for some decking and other wood, I then had to wait four days for delivery even tho I live up the road from them and asked if they could help get to me faster as it would help me! To which was a no! I waited for the delivery to then receive only part of my order! So I then had to ring multiple times to get them to arrange a pick up as the products delivered were of a Terrible state and very warped! They said they'll arrange a pick up I'm still chasing them for it! And since then I ordered sand and cement again have to wait till latest today for delivery but now they haven't showed up yet so again causing me more issues! The worst company I've ever dealt with!

ordered some decking got delivered, was all warped and notched! no sanding or any level treatment will make them right! so I asked for them to recollect them for a refund! to which I'm still waiting for them to be picked up! they haven't refunded me as they still haven't picked the wood up yet. since then I've made a purchase for sand and cement which was supposed to be with me on the 16th April 2025 today the day I'm writing this as it should be here and it's not! you completely wasted my time and money turnbulls of spalding!!

Have ordered from Turnbull Spalding branch many times and always had a great service but today they went above and beyond to help me get a project completed on time. The delivery driver (older gentleman with tattoos I didn't catch his name!) went the extra mile and we are truly grateful. He is an asset to the Turnbull team!

Could be better 1st time delivery sat at gate as instructed waited 20 mins empty yard walked around was told yeh just come round and unload .
