GiGi Italian Restaurant is without a doubt the best Italian restaurant we have ever been to. Excellent food. Great atmosphere. Brilliant staff, especially Natalie who was wonderful and helpful and gave us a warm reception. Can't recommend this restaurant enough. Was one of the highlights of our holiday and my son Harry would eat there everyday if he could. Thank you to all the staff for a great experience which we will never forget.

Food was very beige and middle of the road. Service seems to be good if your well known, we stopped in on the off chance and seems to be forgotten about a few times.

We visited Gigi?s Italian Restaurant in North Somercotes as a large group to celebrate a close friend?s birthday?and from the moment we walked in, it was clear we were in for something special. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a lovely blend of traditional Italian charm and a friendly, local feel.
The staff were outstanding?attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely kind throughout the evening. A special shout-out to our waitress, Sevhana, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She had the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, making us feel completely at home. Her timing was spot on, she remembered everyone?s orders effortlessly, and her recommendations were spot on.
Now the food? it was exceptional. Honestly, it felt like every dish that came out of the kitchen was better than the last. Between us, we covered nearly the entire menu?pizza, pasta, seafood, meat dishes, desserts?you name it, we tried it. And without exception, everything was absolutely delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh and authentic, portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful.
There were genuine moments of silence at the table because everyone was too busy enjoying their food to speak?and for a group like ours, that says a lot! You could tell the chefs put love into every dish. From the starters right through to the desserts, the quality never dropped.
What really stood out, though, was the way we were treated?not just as customers, but as welcomed guests. You don?t find that everywhere. It turned what was already a great night into a truly memorable one.
We?re already planning our next visit. Whether you?re going for a quiet dinner or celebrating something special, Gigi?s is an absolute gem. Without hesitation, 100% recommended.

Absolutely delightful Italian gem!
We were truly and pleasantly surprised by this charming Italian restaurant. From the very first moment, we were captivated by its warm atmosphere, authentic flavors, and exceptional hospitality. The food is a genuine taste of Italy ? fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was simply delicious!
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. It?s rare to find such a perfect combination of great food and outstanding service.

Had a wonderful meal in Gigi's , we were having a holiday in Mablethorpe and wanted to go somewhere nice, the locals all recommended Gigi's, it didn't disappoint, the food was delicious.

Just had a meal at gigi tonight and even though it was quiet being a school night the service and food was excellent and we even had a lift back courtesy of the owner which was very welcome so thank you and we'll definitely be back.

Had a good break away in Lincolnshire but was spoilt on our last night by the awful takeaway meal from Gigi's. The chicken dinners were not short on meat, but that meat was dry and tough. The sauce was gloopy and sickly. The chips were dry and the garlic bread consistency was of rubber - with the tiniest smear of garlic butter (at least I assume it was garlic butter, we couldn't taste the garlic).
Judging by other reviews, I'm sure the restaurant has it's loyal customers - maybe more care is taken with them - who knows, I can only speak as I find. It was awful
