Every time I’ve been in there, the ladies working there have been extremely rude. No hello, please or thank you. Not one word was spoken to me this evening when I nipped in to buy a couple of things.

There is a staff member here who oddly wears a minotaur costume whilst working and asks people to call him Grimsby The Podgy Hoop

After admitting they have a toilet and despite being shown my NHS “can’t wait bladder cancer card” . They still refused me access to their toilet!!! Instead insisting I should have gone before I came out. Rude unhelpful staff.
