Really appreciate the professional approach and competitive pricing offered by Lincoln North. Also friendly staff made the experience even better. Although there was a minor misunderstanding , it was rectified super smoothly and swiftly. Plus the person in the loading yard was incredibly helpful and made it so much easier. Called in recently with photo of faulty towel rail supplied by MKM. Spoke with Simon, plumbing. Mentioned that I put damp towels and flannel on rail. His reaction was that I should not be doing that and Vogue, their supplier, would not replace?. However he would try his best! Went away, asked Google what to do eith wet towels and it stated ?use a heated towel rail?. Emailed this across to Simon. He then rang me a couple of days later to say Vogue was going to come and inspect rail. My response was ?send someone to inspect a £60 towel rail??.
He omitted to say that they were actually coming to replace rail. I rang Vogue myself who explained they would come and replace faulty rail and take old away. No problem at all.
Their plumber has just been and replaced and assured me that the towel rail was there for the purpose of hanging damp towels?
Good job I argued the toss with MKM and did not accept the faulty rail.
Having renovated or built new properties, 22 in total, I have spent a lot of money with building merchants, the present property I am in at the moment, MKM supplied all the materials recently for an extension. Upsetting that they were prepared to quibble over a £60 towel rail.

Very friendly staff nothing is to much trouble. If they don't have it in stock they will pull out all the stops to get it from another branch or order it for you. A very welcoming building supplier
