This store used to be good but I've now dropped it to a 1 star:
Thought I'd walked into North Korea tonight - there was so much missing off the shelves.
Of the 20 items on my list - 5 of them not on the shelf/fridge. Chicken - nope. Strawberries - nope. Tomatoes..... nope, and more..
Staff on the floor but not restocking the essentials.
Self checkouts - so slow - like there is a gremlin inside looking up the price off a a list, and constantly bringing up errors which means the 1 person on the tills has to leave and come fix it. Then do the same again for the next person.
Annoying checkout constantly telling me to scan the next item.. maybe if you fix your checkout you will actually get people through on time, now there's an idea.
Come on Lidl - be more like the Aldi around the corner. Employ more staff, fix your checkouts, and restock the shelves!
Now instead of walking to the shops, I will have to drive to Aldi tomorrow to get what you don't have.
The one good thing about this Lidl is that the staff are helpful and friendly, they just need more of them by the looks of it.
