This is purely for Eddie on click and collect who always works hard and tirelessly on his own a lot of the time even though he’s overbooked. Every time i’ve gone to return an amazon parcel to customer service i’m served by rude people who make me feel like an inconvenience.

Have to go in the store to get a paper to come out again to go back in to do your shopping they have put the papers in the wrong place
