Excellent customer service, and quality furniture.I am delighted with the oak wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table I purchased.The staff I dealt with (Leon, John and Martyn) couldn't have been more helpful.I paid extra for the White Glove delivery service, which was well worth it.There was a slight imperfection on the top trim of the wardrobe, but there was no hesitation or hassle in sorting it out, and Leon fitted a replacement top today.I am very happy with the furniture and theservice, and certainly recommend this company. 5??

Quite often buy our solid wood furniture from here. Just wish all their furniture had solid wood backs. Some do, some don't, but even then the furniture is well made and looks good.

Really nice quality pieces of wood furniture. The person in the shop was very helpful in explaining the ranges and colours etc without any pressure to buy. Can park directly outside the building.

Our experience at the store was very professional, nothing was too much trouble. We had to delay our delivery as we were decorating, this was no problem and arrangements were made to have the table delivered and assembled by the two delivery guys, they did a great job assembling and positioning the table where we asked. Great service, thanks.Nigel and Lynn.

Purchased a new table, bench and chairs and we couldn?t be more pleased with them. Excellent quality. Sales lady was super helpful and the delivery guys where brilliant, they put all the furniture together for us and where super friendly. Couldn?t recommend this company enough.
