“Purchased a pre-owned Lintran dog box locally. It had some wear on the grills and no keys. I phoned Lintran where I was kindly talked through the maintenance and welfare of the box and advised to extract a lock barrel and post it to them.A new pair of keys would be supplied if available or they could supply two new barrel and keys. The barrel was sent I was called to say they had keys to fit,I received them very quickly. I just think that this excellent customer service and shows their pride in their products.
