Went inside to order myself an amazing hot and spicy king prawn on a wednesday and was greeted by a lovely girl and her polite and outgoing attitude - best customer service yet.

I ordered chicken in batter and the batter was soggy and chicken only just cooked as was a little hard in places

Review as low as possible as was told was too busy on a Saturday to do anything gluten free, despite being willing to wait. Shocking service and won't use again.
