Have used this place a few times when on holiday, always so professional, helpful and friendly. 2 days ago I needed an emergency prescription for my heart tablets. All sorted and tablets dispensed in about 15 minutes with much relief. It's my first choice when staying in the area.

Fabulous pharmacy and the most wonderful staff Jodie, Cheryl, Martina and Gabrielle always greeted with a smile in store the staff are very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond we as an ever changing family rely on medications for our little ones and this team have never disappointed and always ensured we have had what we needed when we needed it such an amazing team where nothing is ever too much trouble keep up the fantastic work girls you are invaluable and very much appreciated

The best pharmacy for a professional service. All staff members are pleasant and knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help.
The pharmacist is outstanding. With a non existent doctors surgery here, we would be lost without her.
If you need advice before trying to get into the GP it is worth popping in as she is I'm.n my opinion better than our doctors.

Spoke to Georgie today who works at this pharmacy & sorted my sister in laws medication into blister packs. Quick efficient service , answered the phone straight away , Georgie is absolutely outstanding at her job , kind and emphatic, & excellent at her job in every way !!! I feel she is an asset to this pharmacy for sure & I want her to be recognised!! Think the Pharmscy is now named pharmacy wise though !! Mrs jo wikinson -boots pharmacy manager

Wow what a breath of fresh air they answered the phone arranged delivery and got my blister packs ready in less than a week Mirisco could not do that in six months and as to the phone they never answered that.Would recommend anyone to change

Phoned pharmacy trying to find some U100 Hypodermic 0.3mm Needles for administration of insulin (a standard needle used for insulin).When I said I needed 'U100 hypodermic 0.3mm needles for insulin' The woman I spoke to asked what brand I was looking for!I said I don't have a brand, I just need this type and size of needle, not bothered what brand it is. She said that U100 sounded like a brand and they don't stock those! She insisted it was a brand.So, I asked if they dispensed to any diabetics in their area (stupid question but just trying to get her to focus, and get her out of the 'brand' loop). She was a bit off hand and said 'Yes'.I asked, in that case, what 0.3mm needles they did have, regardless of brand? She said they don't have any needles in that size!I clearly failed to access her higher thinking levels as I do not believe of all the diabetics in the Sutton on Sea area, none use a standard size and type of insulin needle. Stay away from this place unless you only need toothpaste and then don't complicate it for them. I give one star for answering the phone.

Amazing pharmacy, never had any bad experience amazing receptionist and assistants that don't get enough credit for how hard they work, be nice to these people do not abuse these marvelous people, they put exceptional work into helping you, and are the kindest and politest pharmacy i've ever been too.I can't say the same about boots, so feel lucky if you going to such an amazing chemist like this.
