The few , visible staff are always helpful . The store is always well stocked . A good percentage of the customers go in pyjamas and dressing gowns ... A typical Lidl really , but better than Aldi

Visited this week think it was Tuesday or Wednesday (been more than once) when on holiday and witnessed a male staff member, grey short hair and glasses (other staff called him Phil) talking rudely about customers and using foul language. The store was quiet at the time so I don?t think he realised he could be heard but it was very vulgar. I later asked him where an item was and he rolled his eyes and pointed in a random direction, I asked if he could please show me as I have degenerative vision and got ?I?m too busy? and he quickly walked away. Then he was on the till and didn?t greet or acknowledge me. I felt very upset after this interaction. Please let your staff know that some of us genuinely need help due to disability and are not trying to be a nuisance. I was so upset I didn?t return again this week.

Really good store. The checkout lady was really polite and did a great job. I think Lidl is such an improved supermarket. I have been in about three different stores recently and they were very consistent in approach.

Being a full-time carer and pensioner I have always enjoyed shopping at this store for the last 8 years on a daily basis, sometimes visiting up to three times a day I have experienced good access, prices and opening hours. This week I received a fine for £90 from parking company claiming I had parked in the car park for nine and a half hours! Reported to supervisor and was informed they could do nothing about it. Very disappointed.
