Go here every weekend to get pastries and coffees. All the staff are extremely pleasant and polite and always helpful. Great to see great banter and excellent team work. Making customers feel welcome.

Nice products , but the chap with specks on was a bit of a funny so n so with his younger work colleague. Repeating himself .a touch of attitude issue there lately I said thks for my purchase and bye .Never replied to me. Glad I'm only in there whilst away there on holiday

Popped in this morning to get some sausage rolls and ended up with a bag full. Young man behind the counter should be rewarded for his excellent sales pitch. Felt like I'd been robbed then tasted the pastries and cakes I had bought. Absolutely delicious ?
Will definitely be returning but hopefully with more self control ?

Not a great experience today, admittedly we arrived fairly late about 4pm, not many options left to pick from, I got 5 cheese straws and my partner sausage rolls, the young lad serving seemed to have some attitude and made a snide remark about us taking our time to choose, both items were stale tasting and ice cold we both took a bite and had to throw the rest.
We visited greggs the other week in mablethorpe and ordered a pizza, and the lady explained it would be cold but we could wait a few minutes for a fresh one, and actually had a smile on her face.
A small bit of customer service would have gone a long way.

Popped in again yesterday for Cooplands fresh bread rolls which we love, picked up some sausage rolls too for a change, had a couple cold when we got home which were really nice then I warmed the remainder up this morning and wow they're absolutely delicious hot.

Simply one of the best salads that is freshly made. Whilst your waiting the staff are so friendly and it is clear that the manager has a happy shop. This clearly comes through in her staff.

We visited Cooplands to get a couple of cakes, after choosing a Belgian bun and a Jam biscuit we were not disappointed. We returned the next day and purchased 2 of their freshly made salad meals. I would highly recommend the Chicken and Bacon although my husband loved his quiche salad. The staff were very friendly.When we are in the area again this will be our first stop.

Collected bread for fund raiser all ready and packed has promised. Very nice bads, excellent coffee and currant slice treat.
